We stand behind our product—and we want you to feel good about trying it. But we get it: sometimes things don’t go as planned.
All Sales Final
Due to the personal nature of our product and strict safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@meetsuppose.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
—Your order number
—A clear photo of the product and packaging
—A quick description of the issue
We’ll review your request and make it right.
Lost Packages
If your package says “delivered” but didn’t actually show up:
—Double-check with neighbors or your building’s mail area
—Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
—Then email us
We’ll do our best to help. Suppose is not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll work with you on a solution where possible.
Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Delays happen (especially during holidays or in certain states), and we appreciate your patience.
